Opening day of a seven week course (held on consecutive Thursdays) on how to devise, design, evaluate, launch and grow a social enterprise. 16th October, Waterford. Lean for Micro Enterprises. A two day course held on consecutive Mondays on applying Lean principles to micro businesses. Both Bernadette and Dermot are members of the Enterprise Ireland Lean Consultants directory and have specifically developed this workshop to introduce Lean practices to the participants in a hands on workshop which will have direct impact on the organisations attending.
